Steel Toe Stoic publishes general educational material about physical wellbeing, mental wellbeing, relationships, practical philosophy, and life outdoors. Goal-based training suggestions, timers, challenges, and meal ideas use your chosen preferences for everyday planning. They are not diagnosis, treatment, crisis care, or individualized medical, exercise, or nutrition prescriptions.
The launch health content has not been reviewed by a clinician. Adapt activities to your ability and circumstances, and consult a qualified professional when you need individual advice. The bootcamp name describes a structured practice, not a promise of a particular physical or mental-health result.
Use the site responsibly
Use your own email address and account. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, submit malicious content, impersonate someone else, or use forms to send material you have no right to share.
Features may change as the publication develops. Browser-based progress can be lost if you clear your data or change devices. Do not use these tools as your only record of important information.
Community participation and respect
Joining creates a pseudonymous community profile under the choices shown at registration. Public room posts can be read by anyone. Publish only material you have a right to share, and do not post another person's private information. Harassment, threats, hateful conduct, impersonation, spam, and attempts to bypass blocks or message consent are not permitted.
Private conversations require an accepted request. Respect refusals, boundaries, and blocks. Community posts and messages are written by members; they are not clinical advice, verified professional guidance, or statements endorsed by Steel Toe Stoic. Do not use the community to diagnose people, solicit private medical records, or offer emergency care.
Community privacy and controlsReports and community limits
Use the report control for a specific concerning message. Reporting shares that message with the owner for review. Moderation can remove reported content or restrict a community profile; there is no promise of immediate review or continuous staff monitoring. For immediate danger, contact local emergency or crisis services instead of posting or waiting for a report response.
Deleting your own message clears its original text, with limited metadata and any existing report snapshot retained as described in the privacy notice. Blocking affects private contact and your signed-in public view; it does not make public posts private. Keep your personal plans in the local planning tools unless you intentionally choose to share details yourself.
